Where do I even begin!1st we dropped off our horse trailer to get the lights working. It took 4 days for them to get back to us when it was supposed to only be a days job.2nd, they were supposed to contact us if anything major needed done. They failed to do so and charged us $400+ MORE than we originally agreed on. They did however lower the price by just a little..Husband went to pick trailer up, the connection wasn't long enough to fit to our connection on our truck and they guy who had to do it, seemed upset he had to make it longer. So much so, he asked if we could leave it and pick up another day. That was not going to happen! So he "fixed" it. We get the trailer home and the lights all of a sudden quit working!After my husband looked over to figure out the problem, turns out, where they had to make the connection longer to fit our truck, it was so ghetto rigged, they pulled out of their wire connections. They were not all the same size, so they barley connected together. My husband had to redo the ENTIRE connection piece.Complete waste of $475!So, to help you out, go somewhere else! My business or my wife's business I should say purchased a "used" Texas Bragg 14' trailer from here. Thought very highly of the experience until I realized that the used trailer my wife purchased was misleading. The trailer looked great however it was failed to mention that the trailer brakes on said trailer were unplugged in a intentional manner it seems. I just feel like even when you're selling a used trailer it should be checked over and if there are brake problems on it at least disclose them to the seller rather than let them drive off the lot with a trailer that does not have brakes on it. I understand that the trailer was used, however it was on a certified Trailer Sales lot and was said to be a great working trailer. Due to the brakes not being in working order the trailer has not moved this summer. I've taken plenty of pictures. And don't even want this place to fix the problem because I see how they fix "problem" in my opinion. I will just leave the pictures of how I received the trailer right here and you can decide for yourself whether you want to do business with this company.
